Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at somethincountryhfco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 209 1st Ave N, Centreville, AL 35042. Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

Returns will be accepted via email for a store credit or exchange only. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once we receive the returned item(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unaccepted returns with be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, or at least within 3 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn, washed, damaged, items without tags, or items returned in bad condition (this includes deodorant or any other stains; hair or fur of any kind; perfume, cigarette, or any other smells). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items bought with a coupon code. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Store Credit
Store credit will be sent through email and will contain an individual single-use code that can be applied at checkout. Credit can not be used on any purchases prior to receiving the code via email.
